I went down to my supermarket yesterday to explain to them that I was charged $.99 instead of $.79 a pound for the chicken, expecting to just get the difference in price, instead they gave me the whole amount of the chicken back. The manager said because it was their mistake.
Again, it's the principle of the thing.
