THANKFUL FOR THE OFFER

A few days ago, my realtor called and sent me via e-mail, an offer on my ranch. It was a low offer, but an offer anyways. It gave me a lift in my feelings about my ranch. Someone did think this ranch was cute to put an offer on it. I'm really grateful for it, especially in today's market, where there are hardly any offers to get. So with my ranch only being on the market for about six weeks, I've got to say, I'm surprised to even get an offer and so soon after listing. I'll just sit and wait for another, more appropriate offer. Maybe after this holiday weekend people will have come to visit people in the high desert and get intrested to purchase something up there for retirement, horses they'll be purchasing for Christmas presents for their grandchildren, or people inheriting from their relative's demise. These are the only reasons one would want to purchase a home right now, especially in the area of my ranch.

Congrats on the offer! It seems quick for this market, it must be a cute place.
