AGAIN, NO DINING BIRDS

I still have a problem with the bird feeder.  Again, to date, even though I placed the bird feeder down on the floor of my patio and spread some sunflower seeds from the bird feeder around the floor and going towards the water dish there was only one finch that actually feasted on the sunflowers strewn about.  The only reason he flew off was because my cat approached the window.  In fact, that was the only bird I saw today on my patio.  This is strange because any other day I would get birds visiting all day long, especially the Juncos stopped.  The hummingbirds still came.
