This week, to change things up a bit, I went to a tennis court at a high school to practice my tennis serve. Boy, here we go again, almost starting from scratch and I can say I did so so.
This morning, I ventured out to a park to do the same, and fortunately, I met two ladies, a mother and daughter, who were also getting back into it. The mother, quite elderly and her daughter with back problems. We "played" together just volleying back and forth and a little of our overhead serves were done. It was good exercise at least and I got my swing going a little better also.
Sunday I'll be playing with a group I do not know. I hope this practice today helps me when I play with them.
