Last week I got an offer on my ranch. It wasn't a really great offer, but a so so one. Negotiating now on who pays what.
Realtors like to boilerplate sales agreements. I, on the other hand, believe everything is negotiable. If it weren't for my wheelin' and dealin', I'd be paying a lot of things I wouldn't have to, all out of my pocket.
Speak up, potential sellers and buyers. It's not a done deal until escrow closes. Next step is will it appraise?
